I treated myself to a couple of Mother's Day treats this weekend. I found the best picnic basket at an antique store. So nice and roomy! I've been searching for one like this and it was only $10.
And this little raspberry basket? purse? oddity? Whatever it is, it's super cute! I'm just a sucker for raspberries.
I haven't decided whether or not I'm gonna keep this one, though. I love it but it is terribly impractical and with 2 little ones I rarely get to carry anything smaller than a diaper bag. Though I was thinking that it would look lovely just hanging from a doorknob but then again, the girls would be sure to rip it off and drag it around the house stuffed with toys. Who knows, it could end up a giveaway to one of you. Do you like it?
Oh, and I just had to share this picture of Kaiya. Sometimes I stalk them while they sleep.
The feet! That's the best part.
ooo, what great finds! I have to agree, the feet are the best part... too tweet!!

You have the greatest picnic basket! Your pictures are so cute, and I just love the last one with the little feet peaking out. Just great!

Oh you have to keep the raspberry basket. Life is too short to be practical !!! Clarice

I love the roomy picnic basket! Great find and a great bargain, too! And, what a cute raspberry purse....I totally identify with your "keep it or not" dilemma, my kiddos would be the same way ;) I'd have to hang it up high or put it up on a shelf...otherwise, it would be full of lip gloss tubes, I'm sure! :)

That picnic basket is a great find! I'd love to have a really big one like that, but I've never seen one I completely like. Maybe one day....
Right now, Dano sleeps with his butt up in the air and his arms tucked under him. Have yet to get a pic of him doing it, tho. Maybe one day when he's napping and wearing his pants that say "bottoms up!" on the seat.... (NO, I didn't buy them, they were a gift... but they do make me laugh.)

Hmm... that raspberry basket would be cute filled with sock yarn and set out on a table... I know what you mean about the little ones dragging around the basket though.
